General Commentary and Game Overview

I cannot think of anything to say here, this game is pretty good, and you should be playing it now.

Pros	+Uses Bowser +Nice concept +Nice engine
Cons	-Doesn't feel lonely, which is bad because this was meant for the lonely minigame compo.

Impressions

Gameplay 10 / 10	Very smooth. Controls are the usual shift to jump, arrow keys to move. But, what's different is that, instead of killing the enemies, you need to recruit them. Enemies act like they normally would in any Mario game. I couldn't find any glitches, but I found that collecting Piranhah Plants is daunting. Other than that, I think it is great.
Graphics 10 / 10	SMA4, SMB3 Bowser is, in my opinion, the best 2D bowser ever sprited. Along with this SMB3 bowser is the SMB3 enemies, which matches nicely. This combined with a recolored Black Squirrel tileset and SMB3 backgrounds is a great combination.
Sound 10 / 10	I love this music. It's perfect for this type of game, honestly. But one thing kind of makes this game funny. The Bowser voices. I always find them comedic. But that really doesn't matter, you only hear them rarely.
Replay 6 / 10	Once you play this game, there's not really much to do. You can always go back and try to get further and raise your score, but that's about it.

Final Words

Bowser's Recruitment is a really good game, despite the occasional flaw.
