General Commentary and Game Overview
I'd like to think of this wonderful gem of a game as 2D Mario games resurrected into a hot chick.

Pros Perfect animations, great level designs, great sound,.. EVERYTHING! Except...(below)

Cons ...no great reward for getting 100% completion.

Impressions
Gameplay
8 / 10
Gameplay is pretty smooth, except for one problem: Jumping up to ledges can be pretty tough. Sometimes Mario reaches the platform, sometimes he doesn't. Whether you have a running start or not, it doesn't seem to effect it. If only there was a bit of a bounce to jumping on enemies, and a recoil from getting hurt, this would have perfect gameplay.

Graphics
10 / 10
All graphics perfectly rehashed from great classics like SMB3, SMB2 and SMW, and even graphics from the SMA series (such as the E-reader Lakitu from SMA4). Let's start from the beginning. First we have an intro: Mushroom Houses made from SMB3's mushroom graphic from the roulette and Toads from SMA4 walking about. Nice use of a pretty limited (in animation) character. Next we're treated to seeing Wart, and a custom-made "Dream Machine." The Dream Machine fits in with the rest of the gamey graphics in that screen, and doesn't look isolated, graphic-wise, from everything else. Nice job. Next, the level selection screen. It's Yoshi's Island style, moving from the left to the right with boxes with little pictures in them to represent each level, with a nice mushroom background (which reminds me of MFGG's mushroom background), with everything framed by the SMB2 Character-Select screen's stage-like frame. For all of the level archtypes, we're treated to SMB3's grassland levels, All-Star's SMB backgrounds, SMA4's E-Reader ghost house levels, SMB3 doomships, SMW castles, SMB2 fortresses, and custom graveyard levels. Thank you, Jeff, for bringing me back down memory lane.

Sound
9 / 10
Uses tunes from a lot of different Mario games, and some MIDI remixes. There are also tunes thrown in by Nirvana (ahh, typical Jeff. :D) Mario voices were taken from the SMA series as well as SM64, and custom voice acting from our very own MFGG member Parakarry.

Replay
8 / 10
I can play this over and over. Period. It's just that good.

Final Words
9 / 10
I don't even know if this needs final words or an introduction. Download and play this game.
