INI Saving/Loading Example By: OniLink10
This is a GM6/7 INI Saving and Loading Example. Thing is, people don't use INIs to their Fullest. They can EASILY be encrypted, just change what the Section and Key Names are so they are unreadable by others. Make sure that you Game's Source has a BUNCH of Comments for telling you what each Section and key is really called when it's decrypted though. Otherwise, you may end up not knowing what each part of your INI is. Be careful when Encrypting your INIs, and good luck with Custom Saving!

It will be nice if you make an example with slots for those who don't want/know they must think ;) I'm not one of these, but future needs more programmerzorz =]

I just looked at it, and I don't think it works good on GM6.

I mean saving slot. So you do not have to write name, just choose Slot 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/etc.

Simple, just set the save to "save#.ini" where # is the Slot. If you are allowing people to choose a Slot, make a Switch Case.

This is very simple to "cheat" through the game, though.

As I said, you should add your own encryption to the file to make it harder to crack.
