General Commentary and Game Overview
An open-ended platformer where you can play as one of four all-star characters.
This SOUNDS like a great idea, but is it?
There are a lot of things in this game that differentiate it from the other platformers. Moves, features, sidequests...it pretty much works out.

Pros -4 different characters, each with different moves
-additional quests after you finish the game
-Nice choices of music
-Challenging bosses

Cons -Easier to play with certain characters
-After you get hit, you automatically jump back up. This could cause you to get hit again and again.
-Compilation of graphics from different games

Gameplay
9 / 10
The best part of this game. You can pick your favorite character, and traverse through many different settings. The character aspect seems one-sided though. What I mean is, you can play through the game as Yoshi, and have an easier time than with the other characters. For example, one boss you have to fight is a giant blooper. I tried the boss with all 4 characters, and with everyone but Yoshi, I couldn't beat it. I do have a lack of skill, somewhat, but that's not the only attribute. When I played against it with Yoshi, I could just roll back and forth inside the egg, and beat it in no time. The characters' moves make some harder to play with than others.
Speaking of bosses, all of the bosses are well thought out, with a different strategy needed for each one. They're all difficult, but not too hard.
The windwaker-style island traveling is also a plus. Having a platformer that's open-ended like this is a great achievement. I can see there's a lot of work put in to the gameplay. It's great, but there are still flaws.

Graphics
9 / 10
The graphics are mixed from various games. I recognize SMB3, Mario Party Advance, and some customs. For the most part, it works. When you see the WL4 wario sprite next to the MPA characters, that's when you can tell the most. The best looking parts of the game are the custom graphics.

Sound
10 / 10
Lots of music from different places here. I only recognized one piece from a mario game, and one from Kirby. The rest of it, well, I had never heard it before. It all sounds good, and it's nice to hear refreshing music these days.

Replay
9 / 10
Again, there's sidequests. Gives you a reason to play after beating the game, instead of playing just once. You may also want to fight the bosses again. That's a lot of fun.

Final Words
9 / 10
A fan game that has only a few flaws, but is still a great game. It can be compared to Mario Sunshine, in that sense.
