General Commentary and Game Overview
My next review, and it is on a very, very bad game. Possibly the worst fangame I've ever played. This game felt like it was made in 30 minutes. It's a hard game, an artificially hard game. This is like a poorly-made Mario Maker level. And it has only one level that loops forever. Welcome, to my review on Super Mario: Hard Game!

Pros -SMB3 graphics?
-No clashing?
-Only one level so I can leave this trash alone and do something else.
-This tells you how NOT to make a fangame.

Cons -Everything else! In fact, I'll list some of the stuff here:
*Spam Control to win.
*This game is anything but hard.
*Overused graphics
*Hello's SMB1 engine
*Poor physics
*Sounds we've heard a million times from SMAS SMB1
*Poor level design.

Impressions
Gameplay
1 / 10
You play as Mario trying to defeat a lot of enemies. You start off with a fireball and kill those tons of enemies. Just get to the flagpole and you win! And you have to start all over again!

Bad.

Combine this with the sonic speed and slippery physics from the infamous Hello engine and you've got Super Mario: Hard Game! So 'hard'!
Of course, in the cons, I stated this game is anything but hard.
A one out 10, for the gameplay. Try again.

Graphics
2 / 10
SMB3 graphics, Black Squirrel's tileset and a SMB1 background unchanged from the Hello SMB1 engine. Minimal clashing, why!

This time I'll give you a 2.

Sound
3 / 10
The overused SNES Mario sound effects combined with the SMB1 theme. I've heard even non-gamers humming this tune.

The only-area the game is even slightly good at, and even then now-a-days, those sounds are overused.

Need I say any more? 3 due to overused tunes and the fireball spamming, which makes the game feel like Mario is a mass-murder.

You just beat a level that is so very easy!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad. This game was so very bad on my first playthroughs (that's plural) so why would it be good the next time I play that.

And SM:HG went to the Recycle Bin.

There was no effort or love in this game.

The only thing good about the replay value in this game is that this game is the perfect example of how NOT to make a fangame. I recommend this to every fangamer and MFGGer to learn how not to make a fangame.

Final Words
1 / 10
A perfect Hello Clone that is really ha-

Who am I kidding? This game is a bad attempt to make a hard game. And in the end, this game is ridiculously easy.

Where's my -1/10?
