General Commentary and Game Overview
Well, it seems like MFGG doesn't seem to be very great on the Mario Party games line, right?

Really, there is Mario Party PC 2, which has some okay minigames, but it lacks boards. There's Mario Party PLAY, which, I haven't played it yet, but I know that lacks boards too. Though, speaking Mario Party PLAY, guess what happened? It got a sequel!

So, I'm going to take a look at the sequel right now. After going through the title screen, I noticed something in the main menu. There is a button, that says "Party Mode". I had hit that button, and...........and.........and.......oh my gosh, there are actual boards in it!

Well, I think you know what kind this game is. It's an actual Mario Party fangame! Though, is it good? Let's review, shall we?

Gameplay

Oh my, where should I start at? There are so much stuff in this game! Though, I guess I'll start with Party Mode, since that's like the main mode. So, if you have played Mario Party 9 (or any Mario Party game after that), then you should sort of know how it works. If you don't though, then I'll explain how it works. There are three players, and you are controlling one of them, while two of them are controlled by the CPU. All three players move together, and they take turns to be the captain. The three players can collect Mini Stars, and once they reach the end of a board, the one with the most Mini Stars wins. Though, you'd better watch out for the Mini Ztars, as they'll take out some of your Mini Stars. There is much more to it, but I'll let you find out yourself.

There is a problem I found at the Party Mode, besides bugs, and it's the character selection. Really, all you can play as is Mario and Luigi. It would nice if you could play as Yoshi and Koops, by the way, as they can be only controlled by the CPU. Though, I guess it doesn't really matter, as they all play the same.

The boards are nice, and most of them are all unique from each other. Really, Donkey Kong Desert has the Kongs and the DK spaces, Dungeon Square has a "boss battle", and Bowser Casino has some exclusive little games in there. I don't really have any problems with those boards, though, maybe I'll just say that Flower Plains is probably a bit too generic.

Anyway, let's take a look at the minigames, shall we? They are really nice to me, even though, the AI can be sometimes a little too hard or too easy (I suggest that you add difficultly levels, Dreamy Luigi).

Now I'll take a look at Extra Mode. There are two modes, which are: Purple Frenzy, and Switcher Route. There appears to five playable characters, which are: Mario, Luigi, Larry, Bowser Jr, and Donkey Kong. Well, while I understand that the last three characters aren't playable in Party Mode, it would have been nice if they were playable in that mode. Anyway, let's select a character and take a look at those two modes. In Purple Frenzy, you are part of the purple coin gang, who is trying to collect as many as purple coins as you can, so you can, well, get some pizza, soda, and even a gigantic mansion! BUT, you are on a spaceship, a spaceship that is going to crash! That means you only have like half a minute to collect those purple coins. CRASH! OUCH! It looks like I have been injured very badly, so I'll have to go to the hospital. Though, I'll have to play Switcher Route to get to the hospital. So, once you have started Switcher Route, your character will be blasted off a cannon! While I'm rolling through, I noticed some blocks in the way. Oh no, now I won't be able to get to the hospital! However, thanks to your keyboard, you can make those blocks disappear and vice-versa by hitting either A, S, D, or F. Also, I wanted to note that there are three difficultly levels, which is a nice addition.

Well, as I'm feeling better now, I noticed I got some mail. It appears to some invitation to a party, that is known as "Microgame Madness Party". This invitation appears to be from Toadette. I went to Toadette's party, and, well, guess what? That party is filled with many microgames! Really, you can pick any microgame that you have unlocked. Wait a minute, I haven't unlocked any microgames. Oh no! Luckily, there is a way to fix this. Let's go to the "Shuffle" mode, shall we?

In Shuffle mode, it seems that you are playing a random microgame. If it's a microgame you haven't played before, then that means you have automatically unlocked it! You have about four lives in Shuffle mode, and if you have failed a microgame, then you have lost a life. Once you have lost all of your four lives, then it's game over!

There is another mode, which is known as "Endurance" mode. It plays like Shuffle Mode, expect that you have one life instead of four. Yes, that means once you have failed a microgame, then it's game over!

About the microgames, they are okay, but that Zing Along microgame is a little too hard, and that's because of the controls! Really, I'm not sure if it's just me, or Diddy Kong seems to be a little heavy. I think I have finished that microgame once, or was it twice?

Well, I think that's it for the gameplay, now let's move into the graphics section, shall we?

Graphics
3 / 10
Well, the title screen and main menu looks nice. Though, I'm not a fan of those default particle effects, and they kind of clash at some points. Heck, the fact that you have used them along with some effects you have made is very questionable.

Though, if you think the particle effects clash enough, then take a look at the minigames and boards. Really, do you think PiT Mario goes well with a background made by CopperMario? Nope. Also, the way the screen resizes when Bowser rears just seems a bit weird to me.

Though, I kind of liked the wavy effect in that one minigame with the black hole, even though, it could be a little hard on the eyes of some people.

Sound
9 / 10
Upon starting the game, I noticed there is no music on the title screen. Really, why is that? It can't be the file size, since I bet that if you have had added another music track, the file size would still be below fifty megabytes. Though, at least there is some music. All of the music tracks seem to fit, though, the music track for the Zing Along microgame sounds like it came out from Sonic than Donkey Kong.

The sounds are nice, and like the music tracks, I haven't found any unfitting ones. There are voice effects in it, but they don't seem to be annoying me.

Overall, I don't really have any problems with the sounds and music, but the title screen could have some music.

Replay
8 / 10
The replay value is mostly focused on the leaderboards, but there is some achievements in it. Purple Frenzy and all of the microgames have their own leaderboards, but that's not it, though. Shuffle Mode and endurance mode have their own leaderboards too.

Most of the achievements are nice, but a few of them seem to be a bit pointless to me (like that one achievement where you have to land on a Lucky Space ten times), as they are kind of luck-based.

Final Words
9 / 10
This is the first (and so far only) completed Mario Party to have an actual board, and it's worth having a party with.
