General Commentary and Game Overview

Mario vs. The Koopas is a fun game to play in your spare time, like when there is no Internet connection. The first level will get you through the no internet time, it can also take away sadness.

Pros	Great cutscenes. Wonderful gameplay secrets. Original layout.
Cons	Lack of Luigi. Lack of different power-ups. Hard level designs.

Impressions

Gameplay 2 / 10	The level designs are too hard, you need to be a wizard or a rat to complete this them in one try.
Graphics 8 / 10	The graphics in this game are very recognizable, I've never seen graphics like these before. Except for Bowser, I've seen that Bowser in College Humor's Mario videos.
Sound 7 / 10	The sound can be loud at times, though it collects wonderful remixes from Super Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros. 3, New Super Mario Bros., etc., etc.
Replay 9 / 10	All this combined to you in my perspective, may look like a morbid monstrosity, you're wrong. Way wrong. It's not better than Super Mario Bros. Odyssey, but it is WAY better than Mario Loses His Hat. This game is great overall, it has creative designs of levels.

Final Words

Mario vs. the Koopas is one of the MFGG Games that I can relate to.
