I've seen some errors at the background, and it's colors are bad (in my opinion). But the rest of stuff are very good. I imagine an ice castle with this tileset and icy water.

I'd say that the colors are fine actually. It matches the SMW style very well. Pretty good use of hue shifting as well. With darker backgrounds, detail is less visible, so you won't see absolutely everything especially not at a distance. Maybe the green one has a bit too much contrast, but I'm sure there's another option in the SMW palette to choose from.
