General Commentary and Game Overview
A nice combo of Super Mario 3D Land and Paper Mario combo but doesn't have some sorts of balance that needs to be fixed to become a replayer and what a real platformer needs. But has quite the controls but still needs to improve a bit more to be a great 3D platformer.
 
Pros -Nice smooth animation there
-Awesome new Power ups of the Mole Suit and the Super dandelion
-Awesome 3D effects on the objects
-The sound effects are a good pick.
 
Cons -The game needs a storyline.
-Needs a music when you die.
-Over using the Spike Rollers and Firebars in levels outside of castles is unfair and almost a kaizo trap and I highly suggest you slow them down a bit.

-You should of added a Star.
-The yellow shock waves need to be slow down luckily I have good timing but it should be that fast to avoid even when Bowser shoots fireballs.
-You should make a 5+ Heart after you defeat a Boss then you will have 35 health for the end.
-You should make a Toad House to get a Mushroom do you have health for the level.
-Some of the enemies are over powered I know your trying to match there attacks the same like in RPGs but you should lower them down even if your still having 20 HP.
-The jumping could be a bit higher and a slower gravity.
-Dry bones should respawn after being broken about 10 seconds not three too quick XP.
-Too many Fuzzies.
-Spamming those Amps a bit don't ya think even in Bowser's Castle.

The level designs are well made but like I said in the cons you should go easy on on some obstacles like the spike rollers and the firebars are a bit spammed.
 
Graphics

The graphics are nice in the game though it clashes such as the Yoshi's Island boss door there is nothing wrong with making a 3D version.
 
Sound
9 / 10
The music are nice choices they seem to fit some levels even when using Super Mario 3D Land and World music with some Paper Mario music. though using Paper Mario Thousand Year door battle music just doesn't fit to be a level music at all.
 
Replay

I wouldn't reply the game in fact I would if many of those problems could be reworked then i would get all of those green stars without a problem I have problem with the health system in the game since i hate starting with 10 everytime I die it's just broken XP
 
Final Words

This fan game is actually fun but it just needs a lot of those following cons so it can be even a great and enjoyable game not so unfairly hard and almost a kaizo if you fix the game I can review the game more up and replay it. I would certainly like a Paper Mario 3D World where you could ride an Adult Paper Yoshi ;)

v1.2 has been released where you start a level with 20HP.

You have the jump height as a con, but why? The level design is based around the jump height, so how is it actually a con that you can't jump even higher? What would you have to gain from it when the levels design is based on the current height?

Because some jumps doesn't have enough height for certain platforms plus it's a tad fast.

I still don't understand your logic. The level's design is made so that you can get everywhere you need to go with the jump you are given. I mean, yeah, you can't always leap up to the highest platform, sometimes you have to go from platform to platform, but I mean, yeah, you are playing a platformer, jumping from place to place to get around tends to happen.

but it's not high enough for some platforms to progress through I can usually just make if a little higher to jump then it should work. Also that is your opinion about the jump.

I don't understand your jump complaint either. If you can't access a platform because you can't jump high enough that is because you are not supposed to be able to jump onto it and because you need to find a way around.

It's not so much an opinion as it is basic level design. As DJane just said, if you can't directly jump to a platform, then you are either not intended to jump onto it, or you are meant to find another way to it.

Perhapes I am being a bit of an offcial gamer critic well it's a paper mario game after all so I guess it can jump like that.
