General Commentary and Game Overview
Hello has previously made a level designer, Super Mario Bros. Level Master, and here we have its successor, Game Master. Game Master has improved upon certain aspects from its predecessor, but still pales in comparison to some of its competition.

Pros -Making your own levels is always a plus, and now they can be compiled into a world.
-Lots of options for enemies, powerups, etc.
-Custom music
-Easy to grasp

Cons -The game sometimes messes up the MIDIs
-Not enough bosses
-Typical Hello physics

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
Solid gameplay. Obviously, you have the appearance of Hello's sloppy physics, but let's focus on the main aspect of the game - level design. The level editor is very easy to learn, and the wide variety when it comes to items and enemies is enjoyable and allows for a large range of design choices. There are some upsetting sides to the level designer, such as only four bosses and no sub-sections. The world designer is very straightforward and very easy to use.

Graphics
7 / 10
SMB3 graphics as usual. Sometimes certain sprites will be somewhat glitchy, but nothing to complain about other than that.

Sound
5 / 10
MIDIs are not my first choice for sound format, but I can ignore that. The songs will sometimes glitch, causing certain notes to go awry, and sometimes, certain files will go extremely fast or extremely slow for no reason. There are problems with certain sound effects overlapping, as well. I do enjoy the ability to plug in custom music, as is a feature in most level editors.

Replay
9 / 10
Very fun to go back and play your creations, and, of course, you can also download and play other people's levels.

Final Words
7 / 10
A good, albeit somewhat primitive, level designer that improved upon its predecessor in several ways. If you're looking for an easy-to-learn level designer, this is for you. If you're looking for something more complex, use something like SMBX.
