General Commentary and Game Overview
So I decided to give this a try. The game looks simple enough, and it's kinda cool to get to play as a Goomba. You never really go get to play as any of the enemies from Mario. Something I didn't understand is the enemies in the game, which are also regular Mario enemies, attack the Goomba. Aren't they supposed to be his ally?... Oh well, it's a video game, and they don't have to make 100% sense.

Pros -Alright control
-Good music
-"Faithful" recreation of what a Mario level would be

Cons -"subpar" graphics

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
Well, it's a platformer, and it does that just fine, making you jump up on platforms to avoid the lava. I kinda wish there was some sort of horizontal section though. This is because all I really did was jump, go left/right, and jump again.

Graphics
5 / 10
The graphics don't look very good, almost everything in the game except for Goomba (also the coins) looks like it was drawn in MS Paint.

Sound
9 / 10
The music is good. It's straight from the New Super Mario Bros. Wii Castle Theme, and I like it. Sound effects are also good, jumping, collecting coins, etc.

Replay
4 / 10
Unfortunately, the replay value is considerably low. There's three difficulties, all of which I assume just make the lava go faster. Once you've beaten this game, there's really no reason to beat it again unless you want a higher score.

Final Words
6 / 10
Give it a try if you have a little free time.

Well, thanks for the review! The enemies aren't meant to be in Bowser's army, and are more like "wild" enemies instead. About the graphics, I can see what you mean in some areas. Also, besides the fact that the lava goes faster, you'll start with lower health, and there are more hazards.

Ah, I see. And looking back, I think I might've been too harsh on the game in the graphics department, but I think I got that impression from the title screen. At least you're aware of the problem now :)
