It's a small little minigame. But that does not mean it's no good. It's a very addictive and fun game, that could even built onto. The effects used in this game were superb and graphics were great too.

Read on for more.

Impressions
Gameplay
8 / 10
The gameplay is simple, but is addictive, which doesn't give it an empty feeling.

You are Luigi, running like crazy from a wave trying to eat you, you gain energy through a bar that, when full, slows time and if you push the buttons correctly, gives you distance between you and the wave. It can be tricky though, sometimes some of the arrows won't be displayed, and you have to guess what to push, before the time limit is up. Very simple, but gets the job done and is enjoyable.

Graphics
9 / 10
Amazing. Basically everything is from Yoshi's Island, which everyone likes and is a beauty in anyone's eyes. There's the custom YI Luigi, something about it seems a bit off, but it still looks great.

Sound
9 / 10
Music was great, while most midis are incredibly bland and, to be very blunt, suck, this game uses some great ones. The one in the chase from the wave was great, and fit in with the scenario. The sounds were also very well used and weren't bad at all.

Replay
10 / 10
It's too addictive to not play more than once a day. There's simplicity to it, but the way this game's built, that by no means shrinks the score.

Final Words
9 / 10
This game is great, addictive, and simple. I must say in this case, all of those adjectives work well in this game. There, in a sense, isn't really any problems with this, except minor ones. However no flaws will stop you from playing this.

Well thanks for the review. I'm not sure why some of the arrow didn't appear for you, because I've never had that problem. But I'm glad to know you like the music, and the gameplay music was actualy made by Yoshiman himself. So he deserves the praise there.

You're welcome. The arrows not showing up isn't really a huge problem for me, but it does sometimes screw me up. Give Yoshiman my regards on the gameplay music if doesn't see this. I must say he's quite a musical genius.

Thank you for the musical comment.

The arrows not showing up is not intended. I'm not sure what's causing them to not show up on your computer, but it's hard for me to find out, as I cannot produce the same problem.
